netflix is awesome in the way that it allows me to quit one thing that had been keeping me from being social and writing anything worth reading, and filling that void with it's nonstop movie orgy for my face.

bioshock takes too long to work. 30 minutes to download a video driver i won't hold against 2k because i really should have already downloaded it. my gripe isn't about that though; it's about the hurdles i just had to jump through to prove i bought it.

i understand piracy. i understand it's a problem. however, putting an O in your authentication key and locking me out of a game i just paid for because i thought it was a zero because nobody puts a the fucking letter O in a mixed authentication key anymore, is wrong.

in the race to build a better mousetrap, software companies will always end up two steps behind the mice they wish to catch, and usually at the cost of the consumer. i guess i just should have paid the extra ten dollars, forgone my preference and played it on the xbox?
